About the Role 

As a Business Analyst at Sportsbet, you’ll sit at the heart of a fast-moving feature team, helping bring ideas to life! You’ll work closely with the business to understand their needs, translate requirements into clear technical direction, and shape solutions across our back-office platforms, customer-facing digital products (web and mobile), and internal systems.

You’ll be the key connector between stakeholders and our delivery squads — partnering with BAs, Senior BAs, UX, Engineers, and Automation specialists to ensure everyone is aligned and working toward the same customer and business outcomes.

Beyond requirements, you’ll help drive the rhythm of the team: coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting agile ceremonies, and championing continuous improvement so the team can deliver high-quality features at pace.

About You 

If you have experience/skills with the following, we’d love to hear from you: 

• Proven experience as a generalist BA in agile environments
• Skilled in requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management
• Proficient in business rules, decision analysis, functional/non-functional requirements, process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and use case development
• Familiarity with BA tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio/Lucidchart/Draw.io, Excel)
• Good technical knowledge to select appropriate tools and techniques for each activity
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum & Kanban
• Exposure to and familiar with AI, and a curiosity to explore how AI can be incorporated into the day-to-day activities
