About the role
Reporting into the Head of Automation and Payments, the Customer Payments Manager role is responsible for the day to day running of the payments function and ensuring strong commercials are achieved via our partners and suppliers. Leading a high performing operational team of 4, you will ensure the industry leading customer experiences, responsible for the key customer journeys of ‘Deposit’ and ‘Withdrawal’ across all our payment methods.
You will be responsible for driving product and pricing conversations with payment vendors, complete industry benchmarking, evaluate emerging opportunities and drive continuous improvement of customer payments operations.
