The Role

This is an exciting role within our Customer Experience Delivery team, providing technical and delivery leadership to the Martech platform and delivery teams.

You will work with a skilled team of engineers governing the delivery of solutions to ensure alignment with Sportsbet’s strategical direction.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion software quality, integrity, extensibility, maintainability, and reliability throughout the department by designing, implementing, and promoting engineering practices.
• Mentoring and governing of Engineering team with technical expertise, systems design & building capability roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and design options and decisions in a mid-large digital organization.

Experience required:

• CRM systems knowledge (Braze and Adobe Campaign experience is a plus)
• General Martech Systems knowledge (Tealium, Drupal, CMS, DAM)
• Python skills and knowledge of patterns and practices.
• Experience using real time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis).
• Understanding of multi-channel solutions (Web, Mobile, Android, iOS, Email and SMS).
• RESTful API’s.
• CI/CD Build tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Puppet, Shell Scripting, Unit/Integration Testing).
• Messaging/Integration tools (RabbitMQ, Apache Camel).
• Experience with implementing Monitoring / Logging / Alerting (SumoLogic, PagerDuty).
• Behavioural Data tracking solutions
• Real Time data activation (e.g. Tealium Audience Stream)
