The role:

As the Personalisation Enablement Manager, you will own the delivery transformative personalisation projects for our customers. You will work hand-in-hand with Data Science & Commercial teams to design, build and consult on personalisation models and strategies that flow directly to customer facing outcomes.

We believe in the power of teamwork, and this role is key to our engagement with teams such as Product, Technology, Data Sceince, Analytics, Trading, Value and many others; together we design, prepare, deliver, monitor and support high-quality data-driven solutions for our customers. We are all about bigger and better so not only we look at deploying great solutions but also prepare them for growth and scale.

  • Drive the personalisation strategy for customer facing value
  • Thought leader behind our personalisation models
  • Commercial owner for value related Data Science models
  • Work closely with our technology partners to enable personalised delivery of value to our customers
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify the what, how and measurement of personalised value allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Tech, Data & Value to deliver new enablement initiatives for vallocation
  • Identify, develop & deliver a clear roadmap to ensure the foundations of Value allocation are sustainable, efficient & robust
  • Work with our Commercial Analytics partners to identify opportunities to streamline reporting of personalised Value

You

We are looking for someone who has a passion for driving and engaging segment growth across an organisation. Willingness to learn and constantly provide insights and market knowledge to the business.

  • 5+ Years in a Product, Analytics, Enablement, Trading or Data Science role
  • Experience in consulting on or working with Data Science models
  • Experience in customer facing personalisation
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • A thought leader – someone who can drive our strategy
  • Creative problem solver – dealing with complex numeric problems
  • Experience with experimentation including A/B Testing
  • Collaborative mindset and experience with diverse team skills
  • Industry Experience will be advantageous
