The Role

Join a close-knit team of 7 unique individuals! Together we facilitate resolutions for customers by mediating between the trading teams and customer service as well as identifying and mitigating risk across a wide range of sports.

• Monitor live bets as part of risk management and performing odds comparisons and moving prices on a large variety of betting options.
• Assist in resolving escalations from Customer Service teams regarding betting rule queries and content management as well as resolving bet settlement errors.
• Support Trading and Risk Management for all sports by monitoring & reacting to bets in real time.
• Effective collaboration with key stakeholders across the wider business to improve product and customer experience.
• Must be able to work a 7-day roster with shifts falling between 7.30am – 6.30pm. (anticipate minimum 24 hours a week across 3 shifts with potential for more).

You

• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably with internal stakeholders
• General knowledge of math, mental arithmetic, and sports wagering.
• Possess good written and verbal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and pivot between tasks as required
• Ability to work autonomously / independently as well as part of the team
