What is the job?

Reporting to the General Manager of Premium, you will work alongside our talented team of State Managers to develop strong and sustainable relationships with our premium customers and deliver customer retention by creating a market-leading service, value and experience proposition. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Relationship Managers to develop bespoke offerings for our premium customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead a team of relationship managers with high engagement and development outcomes
  • Develop a strategic approach to best in market customer management
  • Build effective processes, systems and structures to drive operational effectiveness
  • Build relationship management capability process & systems to drive performance of the team
  • Proactively manage the responsible gambling practices of our premium customers
  • Host and ensure customers have a superior experience at sporting and general events.
  • Amplify marketing campaigns through outbound calling and other available channels and promote our commitment to sustainability and safer gambling.

  • A team player who has a passion for building customer relationships through regular contact and engagement  
  • Exposure to working within a fast-paced and target driven environment 
  • A self-driven and fresh, energetic person who loves being busy, thinking outside the square and happy to bring new ideas to the table
  • A commercially savvy person with superb time management skills.
  • Experience managing high profile and net worth accounts and customers will be highly regarded.
  • Someone who has an understanding and knowledge of sport and the wagering industry is desirable but not essential.
