About The Role
Love the idea of turning data into better customer experiences? As our Audience & Analytics Specialist, you'll sit within the Customer Growth team and play a key role in shaping how Sportsbet uses audience data, tracking and analytics to make smarter decisions. Working closely with Marketing, Product and Technology teams, you'll become the go-to expert for our MarTech ecosystem, helping us unlock deeper customer insights, optimise digital experiences and drive innovation across the business.
Reporting into the Audience & Tracking Manager, this hands-on role is for someone who gets excited by the intersection of data, marketing and technology (MarTech). You'll help build the foundations that power audience segmentation, customer profiling and analytics, while collaborating with a passionate team that's always looking for better ways to work and deliver value for our customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and enhance audience segmentation strategies using customer data to create more personalised and effective experiences.
- Build and maintain robust tracking, tagging and data layer frameworks that ensure high-quality, reliable analytics.
- Partner with Marketing, Product and Technology teams to deliver audience and analytics solutions that support business goals.
- Lead testing and validation of audience, tracking and analytics implementations, identifying and resolving data issues along the way.
- Help drive a data-led culture by turning customer and digital insights into actionable recommendations and opportunities
About You
While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude, it would be ideal that you have:
- An understanding of data structures and quality principles, with the ability to work comfortably with SQL queries.
- Experience working in Marketing Operations, MarTech, Digital Analytics or a similar data-focused marketing role.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation platforms and AdTech tools (we use Telium, so this will be high advantageous)
- Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and a solid understanding of tracking and attribution.
You're naturally curious and love exploring how data and technology can solve problems and improve customer experiences!
