About The Role

Reporting to the Data Science Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align machine learning and other quantitative models with strategic business objectives, ensuring impactful results. You will design, build, and deploy models using sophisticated deep learning and machine learning methods to address diverse business challenges.

Your role involves translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for various audiences, presenting findings both internally and externally. You will apply MLOps principles to maintain high standards in coding, model evaluation, and quality assurance.

As a part of cross-functional teams, you will work with technical, commercial and risk & compliance stakeholders to deliver sustainable data science products. You will be proactive in managing and communicating project timelines and mitigating risks.

About You

While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude, it would be ideal that you have:

• Industry experience as a mid-level Data Scientist
• Proven experience with production-level ML models
• Experience working with and influencing commercial stakeholders

Additionally, it would be highly regarded if you have:

• Experience with production-grade recommendation systems
• Experience with production-grade AI agents for Data Science or MLOps
• Ability to mentor junior team members
