This is a senior role for an AI visionary who has hands-on experience architecting, delivering, and operationalising AI/ML systems at enterprise scale.

You’ll be the strategic AI architect shaping our AI roadmap across platforms, products, and operations — balancing innovation, pace of delivery, governance, and ethics. This isn’t about theory; it’s about real-world AI that delivers business impact.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
• Establish robust AI frameworks, patterns, and governance to enable safe, ethical innovation.
• Partner with Business Leaders, Domain Architects and Data/ML leaders to identify and prioritise strategic AI capabilities and their technical enablement.
• Drive the evolution of AI capabilities, from prototype to production at scale.
• Lead or guide design for high-impact, AI-enabled initiatives and platforms.

What You Bring:

• Proven track record as an AI/ML architect or technical leader with experience deploying AI solutions in complex, high-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), and data-driven decision-making with exceptional problem-solving ability.
• Ability to re-imagine solutions with an AI-First approach.
• Strong leadership skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Passion for innovation, a builder’s mindset, and the courage to challenge established norms.
• Commitment to responsible AI ethics and governance.
