About the role

At Sportsbet, we are deeply committed to our Customer Generosity Program, and we believe this approach is a cornerstone of our success. By putting customers first, we drive meaningful outcomes, both for the business and for our valued customers.

As an Experimentation Analyst, you will become a key member of Sportsbet’s Value Team — a diverse, curious, and collaborative group responsible for designing and executing the Customer Generosity Program. Your role will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that have a direct impact on customer experience and business performance.

You’ll work alongside data scientists, digital marketers, product managers, commercial analysts, and other experts, all with one shared goal: to deliver the right generosity to the right customer, at the right moment.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, planning, and executing experiments that help shape the future of our Customer Generosity Program
• Managing experiment analysis and providing clear, actionable reporting
• Identifying and prioritising key opportunities for experimentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine our hypotheses
• Developing testing strategies, analysing results, and communicating findings in an engaging and insightful way
• Balancing robust statistical analysis with practical, business-driven considerations to optimise outcomes

About You

• Proficiency in SQL and Database Management
• Experience with AB Testing, specifically in driving commercial decisions
• Strong understanding of statistical principles and experimentation methodologies
• A flair for data storytelling to communicate findings in a clear, impactful way

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Python or R
• Knowledge of the wagering industry
