The Role

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret data using SQL to deliver actionable risk insights.
  • Drive and refine risk reporting to identify underperformance and support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, automate processes, and monitor KPIs with real-time alerts.
  • Lead training, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives for data analysts and stakeholders.
  • Manage key analytical projects and support ad hoc investigations.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain thorough documentation to promote knowledge sharing and process transparency.

About You

  • Proven data analytical experience, preferably with a degree in Business, Finance, or Data Science
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization; familiarity with Visual Basic or Python a plus
  • Skilled at interpreting large datasets and identifying automation opportunities
  • Strong communication skills to clearly share insights and build stakeholder trust
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable across teams and time zones
  • Growth mindset focused on continuous learning and innovation
  • Thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and handles pressure well
  • Experience in sports betting or related industries preferred
