About the Role 

Join us as the Global Betting Platform  Commercial Lead, playing a key role in delivering Sportsbet’s core betting platform transformation. You’ll work across Product, Risk &Trading, Compliance, and Operations to align stakeholders, translate complex requirements, and drive commercial value, without compromising compliance or operational integrity. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and embed commercial strategy into the Global Betting Platform roadmap, ensuring parity and identifying growth opportunities 

  • Lead gap analysis workshops, prioritise demands, and guide backlog grooming and release planning 

  • Act as the commercial lead and single point of contact for GBP, maintaining strong cross-functional alignment 

  • Track commercial OKRs, support change management, and adapt plans based on feedback and evolving business needs 

About You 

  • Proactive self-starter with a customer first mindset and a passion for innovation 

  • Strong facilitator, communicator, and confident presenter at executive levels 

  • Structured thinker with demonstrated experience in Commercial Strategy, Product, Risk &Trading, or Transformation roles 

  • Familiarity with the Flutter Tech ecosystem and the Global Betting Platform 

  • Experience in betting, gaming, or regulated industries, preferably with platform transformations 

  • Skilled at influencing across teams and balancing commercial, regulatory, and operational goals
