About the Role

The Senior Commercial Manager in the Value team will lead Sportsbet’s commercial experimentation and performance optimisation efforts, managing a team of five analysts. You will set the direction, priorities, and approach for the team, ensuring the quality and impact of their work, while they deliver the execution.

Your remit covers the full lifecycle of in-market testing, from designing and governing experiments, through to deep post-test reviews that feed into continuous improvement. You’ll also oversee reporting, dashboard development, and performance tracking, ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and delivered on time.

Working closely with Data Science and other key teams, you will ensure initiatives are commercially sound, rigorously tested, and continuously optimised to deliver maximum customer value and business return.

What you’ll be doing
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five analysts focused on commercial experimentation and optimisation.
• Own the design, governance, and delivery of in-market experiments.
• Set the analytical direction and quality standards for the team’s work.
• Oversee reporting, dashboard creation, and performance measurement.
• Ensure post-test analysis drives actionable improvements and stronger outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals.
