We’re proud to be the leaders in responsible gambling in our industry, not just locally, but globally.

About the Role

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the Flutter APAC Finance team, where you'll help drive the financial strategy behind some of the region’s most recognisable betting and gaming brands.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a central role in consolidating, forecasting, and analysing financial performance across Flutter’s APAC division. Reporting directly into senior leaders and working cross-functionally, you’ll be instrumental in informing strategic decisions through high-quality analysis, financial modelling, and clear communication of key insights.

You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting for the region, including consolidation of the P&L, long-term planning, and assessing performance against targets. From weekly reports to investment assessments and M&A opportunities, this role offers a commercial lens across all levels of the business. You’ll also help shape future ways of working by supporting major finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial consolidation for budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning across APAC
  • Deliver timely, high-quality reporting and insightful commentary to senior leadership
  • Build financial models to evaluate investment decisions, performance drivers, and strategic opportunities
  • Support financial transformation programs, process improvement, and scalable reporting practices
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders across Sportsbet, Junglee, and Flutter International

About You

You’re a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a sharp eye for detail. You turn data into actionable insights and confidently share them with senior stakeholders. Energised by complex problems, you challenge the status quo and thrive in fast-paced, multi-brand environments. You work hard, stay curious, and bring energy and humour to the team. You ideally bring the following:

  • CPA or CA qualification (mandatory)
  • 3+ years’ experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering roles
  • Confidence working with large general ledger systems and financial reporting tools
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (Power BI experience is a bonus)
  • A commercial mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • A willingness to challenge the norm, embrace innovation, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • A love of learning, a collaborative spirit, and a sense of fun along the way

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, here’s some of our other benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave
  • Genuine flexible working policy
  • $1050 work-from-home allowance to set up your home office
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program and a Circle In membership
