About the Role

As the Senior Manager - Personalised Value, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our industry-leading Customer Generosity Program. You’ll be a key member of Sportsbet’s Value Team—a dynamic and collaborative group responsible for designing and implementing customer-centric strategies that enhance the customer experience. You’ll lead the way in driving new initiatives that deliver compelling, personalised offers to the right customers at the right time.

You will play a central role in driving innovation that aligns  with Sportsbet’s broader business objectives and delivers genuine value to our customers. In this strategic role, you will lead large-scale projects that include both business process improvements and customer experience innovations, driving awareness, appeal, and deeper connections with our audience.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and digital customer experience leadership. Your ability to drive large-scale projects with distributed teams and navigate complex business environments will be key to your success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive Personalised Customer Experiences: Lead the development and execution of personalised generosity initiatives, aimed at enhancing the customer experience for over 2 million Sportsbet customers. Ensure these initiatives are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with customer preferences.
  • Commercial insight and leadership: Contribute to the design and validation of key generosity innovations by leveraging strong commercial acumen, insight and analysis
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Champion innovation within the Customer Generosity Program, continuously finding new and creative ways to personalise experiences and solve customer challenges. You will be comfortable working on complex, unstructured problems with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Lead Large-Scale, Cross-Functional Programs: Manage large-scale programs that involve multiple disciplines, including product, technology, data science and commercial analytics. Ensure that initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business, ensuring alignment and buy-in for your initiatives. You’ll work closely with distributed and global teams, leveraging your strong stakeholder management skills to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
  • Customer Insights and Analysis: Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to continuously refine our approach, ensure that our value proposition remains relevant, compelling, and customer-centric.
  • Measure and Optimise Performance: Track the effectiveness of personalised generosity initiatives, using data and customer feedback to optimise future strategies. Ensure ongoing evolution and improvement of the customer experience through continuous testing and iteration.
