As a Senior Racing Risk Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of our Racing Risk function, bringing strong operational judgement, a passion for improvement, and the confidence to lead when it matters. You’ll combine hands-on risk management with forward-thinking project work, helping evolve the tools, processes and strategy that protect our business and customers.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our racing risk environment strong, thoughtful and future-focused by:

• Delivering high-quality operational risk management across bet acceptance, liability management, alarm management and error detection
• Leading and contributing to projects that optimise tooling, processes and the broader risk ecosystem, making work simpler and more effective
• Analyse betting history and behavioural patterns to build accurate customer profiles, assessing long-term value and adjusting customer settings accordingly
• Acting as a trusted 2IC to the Racing Risk Team Lead, supporting the team through guidance, knowledge sharing and leadership when required
• Using data, insights and customer analytics to inform smarter risk decisions and measurable improvements
• Partnering closely with local and global teams to embed best practices and influence positive change across the business

About You

• Strong operational risk experience in a fast-paced, complex environment, with a solid baseline across trading or risk operations
• Confidence leading through influence, including stepping into a pseudo team-lead role when needed
• A natural problem-solver who challenges the status quo and turns ideas into practical improvements
• Strong systems and process mindset, with experience uplifting tools, documentation and ways of working
• Excellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence and bring others along the journey
