About the Role

Are you passionate about soccer and love working with numbers? Join our growing team as a Soccer Trading Analyst, where you'll combine your analytical mindset with real-time decision-making to help evolve one of the most exciting soccer products in the industry.

We’re a diverse, collaborative team that thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and shared success. You’ll receive world-class training to set you up for success—no prior trading experience required.

As part of our Soccer Trading team, you’ll work with cutting-edge models, manage live events including Major League Soccer, Australian A-League & even the 2026 World Cup! You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver top-tier global soccer experiences to fans around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Live Trading & Analytics: Manage multiple soccer matches in real time using proprietary trading models
• Product Development: Contribute ideas and insights to evolve and enhance our global Soccer product
• Data-Driven Decisions: Track key metrics and collaborate with the risk team to manage trading positions
• Global Collaboration: Work with diverse teams across the globe to share knowledge and expand our reach
• Operational Excellence: Monitor service levels, performance benchmarks, and trading efficiency
• Continuous Learning: Take part in structured training and ongoing development with a focus on mentorship and hands-on learning

Who We’re Looking For

We know not everyone will meet every requirement. If you’re excited about this role and love working with data, we want to hear from you!

• Strong attention to detail and a curious, analytical mindset
• Ability to stay calm and focused while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Studying or recently completed a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• A genuine interest in soccer is a bonus, but not a must
