Committed To Responsible Gambling

Our commitment to responsible gambling is genuine and demonstrated through the wide range of responsible gambling initiatives and tools.

We’re proud to be the leaders in responsible gambling in our industry, not just locally, but globally.

About the Role

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for establishing and embedding a robust, sustainable Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT General Controls framework for Sportsbet. With the organisation newly subject to SOX compliance, this is a high-impact, senior role responsible for shaping the foundation of effective ITGC assurance that underpins reliable financial reporting.

You will conduct the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITGC governance, processes, and controls. You’ll influence at all levels, partnering with Technology and Finance leadership, Flutter Group stakeholders, and external auditors to ensure alignment, and drive accountability across the control environment.

You’ll be part of a broader Cyber Security and Technology Risk team — a group of experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced digital business and know how to have fun while doing it. We’re looking for a self-motivated, trusted expert who can provide both strategic direction and firsthand leadership to shape the next stage of our SOX journey.

About You

  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a ‘get-out-there’ attitude focused on continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience supporting SOX ITGC programs, ideally in a first-time implementation or remediation environment.
  • Experience working in IT Risk, IT Audit, or Technology Controls within complex or regulated organisations.
  • Proven experience in testing ITGCs including direct SOX ITGC experience.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
