The Role

The Technical Business Analyst role is a key position within our Betting Product Technology team. You will work closely within the Engineering squads to enable successful project outcomes for the team.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly understand and communicate the customer and commercial outcomes through to requirement breakdowns
• Manage the delivery team backlog
• Support delivery & release planning by bringing a Customer and Commercial focus
• Deliver business process enhancements as well as technology-based solutions
• Elicit and analyse High Level requirements from stakeholders using a variety of techniques
• Analyse High Level Business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement & automation
• Defines acceptance criteria and monitors user experience
• Participating in testing and debugging to help users and stakeholders understand issues

Your background:

• Proven experience in a Technical Business Analyst role with previous exposure to back-end software development
• Good technical knowledge to understand the right tools and techniques for each activity
• A clear understanding of systems analysis, component-based system design and modern software development principles
• Understanding of the full application development lifecycle and supporting methodologies
• Ability to communicate requirements so that expectations are understood by the delivery team, both written and verbally
