Technology Support Specialist - Premium

This role will be the first point of contact for escalation or issues in relation to our customer facing teams, external partners and/or internal tech teams with the aim to review and resolve.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, the tech specialist is a hands-on role working as a conduit between business stakeholders and technical and data teams internally to help support with queries relating to our external vendors (eg. Salesforce) and other tech platforms utilised by the Premium team. You will work on optimising the current platform to ensure that all aspects meet our compliance requirements & align to our Sportsbet tech requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as the business subject matter expert for Salesforce and other business systems.
  • First point of resolution for issues / questions related to Salesforce, data & Premium systems & integrations.
  • Document change requests, use cases, test scripts for all system updates.
  • Review, design, and manage Salesforce reporting and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.
  • Work with vendor to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support KPIs & business strategy.
  • Work closely with compliance lead to implement & automate compliance reviews.
  • Oversee Premium user management, roles, profiles, and permissions to maintain system security and integrity.
  • Document and create Jira tickets for technical changes, ensuring all relevant details are captured, and conduct thorough testing to validate the changes.
  • Engage with the Salesforce users to ensure efficient use of the platform and identify areas for improvements.

 

About You

  • Proven track record in a role that has supported business teams using Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tech support role
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Workbench, Data Loader, omni channels and confluence.
