About the Role

As a Sports Trader Operator – Soccer, you’ll be at the heart of our Soccer portfolio, managing live trading events across major leagues such as the World Cup, Major League Soccer, Australian A-League, and Brazilian Serie A. Using our proprietary trading models, you’ll ensure pricing efficiency, control risk, and drive performance insights to secure long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate live trading on multiple soccer leagues, applying sharp analytical skills in real-time
• Monitor and manage risk with precision during high-stakes events
• Set and track Global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with global teams to share expertise and shape the future of our Soccer products
• Take ownership of product development to support continuous growth

Who You Are:

• Open, curious, and eager to dig deep for game-changing insights
• Calm and focused under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Motivated with a growth mindset, always pushing to learn and improve
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
• Strong mathematical aptitude with an understanding of wagering and risk management

• Familiarity with the wagering industry or Sportsbet products is a big plus
• Passion for sports and a knack for problem-solving
