About The Role

Join Sportsbet’s Value Team — a dynamic, curious, and collaborative group driving the design and execution of our Customer Generosity Program. As a Value Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that deliver real value to our customers and business.

Your success in this role will rely on building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels, tackling complex problems, and communicating your insights clearly. You’ll work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help shape the future of our customer value strategy.

Expect to think critically about improving Sportsbet’s value proposition to customers, driving both growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include

  • Value Reporting & Analysis: Provide consistent, relevant analysis throughout and after Customer Value campaigns, producing insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Dashboarding: Create compelling graphs and visualisations to communicate complex analysis and engage key stakeholders.
  • Model Validation: Support model builds and advance understanding of customer segments to improve outputs.
  • Campaign Set-Up & Management: Assist with test design and ensure governance responsibilities are met.

About You

  • You’re energetic, curious, and driven to make a difference.
  • You take initiative, are accountable for your work, and foster a supportive environment for colleagues, especially when things don’t go to plan.
  • You’re a strong communicator with a passion for data storytelling and problem-solving.

Critical Skills

  • SQL
  • Power BI/Tableau (or similar)
  • Data storytelling ability
  • Experience with data models, particularly predictive and machine learning models
  • Forecasting

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and experimentation
  • Experience with Wagering
  • Python or R knowledge
