About The Role

Reporting into the Customer Marketing Manager, responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning and audience selection through creative development, operational execution and post-campaign reporting. Together the team ensure all CRM activity is data-driven, compliant, and optimized for performance across key events, product launches, and lifecycle initiatives. The Customer Marketing Specialist focuses on strategy, planning and enablement of technology and processes to ensure campaigns are executed leveraging engaging placements delivered effectively and efficiently. You will also play a key role in upskilling junior team members on enablement best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain an integrated CRM campaign calendar whilst partnering with Product, Marketing, and Value teams to embed customer-first approaches
  • Effectively lead enablement of CRM campaigns, ensuring campaigns are targeted or personalized, leverage best in class placements and technology to execute, are compliant, and optimized for engagement and conversion
  • Ensure all CRM communications meet regulatory, brand, and responsible marketing standards.
  • Deliver continuous improvement through test-and-learn frameworks and experimentation.
  • Mentor a CRM Executive and Coordinator and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement whilst upskilling in CRM capability.


About You

While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude, it would be ideal that you have:

  • 3+ years in marketing, CRM, or lifecycle roles. Braze experience is a must have for this role.
  • Proven track record in strategy, measurement, and compliance in regulated
  • industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with MarTech stacks, data platforms, and emerging AI tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and executive storytelling skills.
