About the Role 

At Sportsbet, we’re customer obsessed. As a Customer Service Advisor in our Melbourne-based Contact Centre, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting customers during major sporting events and ensuring every interaction is seamless and satisfying. 

You’ll handle inbound and outbound inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues efficiently and with empathy. You’ll also collaborate with teams like Payments, Security, and Safer Gambling to ensure accurate and compliant support. 

We’re looking for team players who thrive in a structured, KPI-driven environment and love working in a fast-paced setting. Weekends, evenings, and public holidays are peak times for us, so flexibility is key but we make sure those shifts are full of energy and fun! 

Please note: You must be available for 5 weeks of full-time training starting 11 November 2025, including Saturdays. 

 Video interviews are a required part of the recruitment process. 

 What You’ll Do: 

  • Field general inquiries through diverse channels, including email, chat, and telephone, leveraging your ability to efficiently solve customer problems with meticulous attention to detail to achieve optimal customer outcomes. 

  • Capture information into our customer database and utilising your written communication skills to create easy to read notes for others 

  • Have an open mind to learning new systems and skills, whilst thinking about our customers, having fun and thinking about our customers once again!  

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Previous customer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is a strong advantage 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills as this is a phone-based role 

  • Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays 

  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa that permits full-time work
