We’re looking to grow our 200-strong team and are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to partner with our GM FanDuel Australia and support the wider leadership team. This role suits someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys operating at a true Chief-of-staff level.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track for a self-sufficient GM — managing calendars, organising travel, and ensuring meetings and team rhythms happen without a hitch. You’ll also assist the team to develop and deliver on their strategy, shape a high-performance leadership team and drive team engagement.

Your day could consist of:

  • Coordinating townhalls, team-wide meetings and communications that help everyone stay connected and informed
  • Creating and proofing reports and presentations
  • Maintenance of administrative systems, expenses, coordinating international travel, visitor schedules and ensuring meetings run seamlessly.
  • Acting as a trusted partner and thought leader by contributing to business priorities and delivery of strategy
  • Organising social events, recognition programs, service milestones and merch initiatives that build pride and engagement across the FanDuel team
  • Assisting the leadership team to drive culture and engagement initiatives and deliver on people strategy. Connecting with and contributing to the EA community and play a key role in representing FanDuel in these forums

What we’re looking for

You’re a natural organiser who enjoys solving problems and keeping things moving. You’re adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with digital tools rather than paper. Most of all, you’re someone who brings good energy to the people around you.

We’d love to see:

  • Demonstrated EA experience supporting at an Executive/Chief-of-staff level (essential)
  • Situational leadership, knowing when to be direct and when to help navigate the nuance of team dynamics
  • Ability to influence, drive initiatives and act as a thought partner
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and team logistics
  • Experience organising events and driving team engagement initiatives
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills with exceptional attention to detail and quality of output
  • Advanced computer skills – MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with confidence using a variety of tech platforms

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, here’s some of our other benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave (plus flexible working options)
  • $1050 work-from-home allowance
  • Access to outstanding career development programs, including expert-led internal training and external learning opportunities
  • Onsite concierge services, free meals, social events and access to the Sportsbet Salon
  • Generous parental leave and return-to-work benefits
  • Hack Days: Participate in our hack days, where creativity and collaboration lead to exciting new ideas and projects.
