We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join us. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex problems, influencing senior leaders, and turning insight into action, all while working in a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious team.

The Opportunity

As a Strategy Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping Sportsbet’s future. You’ll work closely with our executive leaders, including the CEO, GMs and international Flutter teams, to frame the questions that matter most and deliver strategies that drive real outcomes.

You’ll balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to some of the most important initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Shape the Strategy

• Help develop Sportsbet’s long-term company strategy and annual OKRs
• Bring fresh thinking and structured problem-solving to our biggest opportunities and challenges

Lead Meaningful Projects

• Own the end-to-end delivery of priority strategic projects — from framing and analysis through to recommendations and execution
• Combine quantitative analysis with customer, market and qualitative insights to surface what really matters
• Translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives that influence decisions

Collaborate & Lead

• Work across diverse, cross-functional teams (strategy, analytics, finance, tech, product and more)
• Step into an emerging leadership role on projects, building alignment and momentum across the organisation
• Partner closely with the Strategy & Research team to deliver work that’s focused, thoughtful and sustainable

About You

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, economics, STEM or similar (MBA is highly valued)
• 3-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy and/or a fast based strategic leadership role in a high growth environment
• Strong strategic and analytical capability, with confidence working across data, insights and financials to inform decisions
• A collaborative influencer who builds trust with stakeholders and drives alignment across diverse teams, including senior leaders
• An excellent communicator who can simplify complex problems, tell a compelling story, and turn insight into action
• Curious, adaptable and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in tech, direct-to-consumer businesses and/or sports and wagering
