About The Role
As a CX Executive, you’ll sit at the heart of the FanDuel customer journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for complex issues, working across teams to identify friction, resolve errors, and elevate the betting experience for our customers, all while ensuring we meet US regulatory standards.
