The successful candidate will shape how millions of customer interactions come to life across Racing and Sports, ensuring we continue to deliver market-leading experiences that are fast, personalised and loved by our customers.
You'll lead a high-performing team of 23, through 3 direct reports and as a member of the CPO's leadership team, you'll play a pivot role in shaping the new Product division and making the right calls for Sportsbet as a whole. Working closely with Technology, Design and senior leaders across Sportsbet and Flutter, you'll drive customer-centred innovation, embed modern product practices and champion the adoption of AI to accelerate how we discover, design, build and optimise products
Responsibilities Include:
- Define and execute a bold product strategy that strengthens Sportsbet's market leadership and delivers meaningful value for both customers and the business.
- Lead the Product portfolio and roadmap, making clear investment decisions and prioritising opportunities that create the greatest impact.
- Embed world-class product management practices across the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery through to launch, measurement and optimisation.
- Partner deeply with Technology, Design and cross-functional teams to improve product delivery, accelerate innovation and unlock the potential of AI across the product development lifecycle.

- Build Safer Play into every product decision and partner with Risk and Compliance to navigate a dynamic regulatory environment.
This is a high-impact GM-level Product leadership opportunity for someone who can inherit a strong team and take it to the next level. The mandate is less about fixing fundamental Product capability and more about defining the next chapter of Product at Sportsbet – particularly through AI-enabled product delivery, a clear Product vision and strategy, stronger enterprise collaboration, and continued development of a high-performing team.
