About the Role

As a Risk Operations Analyst on a fixed-term contract until April 2027, you’ll play a key role in protecting the integrity and performance of our Global Sports markets. Working across the full market lifecycle, you’ll use data, customer insights and commercial awareness to support effective risk management, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a highly collaborative role where curiosity, sound judgement and a thoughtful approach to decision-making are valued just as much as technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market activity, customer behaviour and key indicators to identify trends, risks and opportunities for proactive action.
• Review and investigate unusual or high-impact betting activity, escalating concerns and contributing to risk mitigation strategies where appropriate.
• Support the management of risk across both pre-game and live markets, balancing customer experience, commercial outcomes and operational excellence.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve pricing, display and market issues, partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Strategic Insights and broader business teams to share knowledge, contribute to investigations and support key initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and make informed risk-based decisions.
• An understanding of betting, probability, pricing principles and risk management, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
• Confidence working with data and technology, including strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and relationship-focused approach.
• A passion for sport and curiosity to build expertise in US Sports, alongside flexibility to work across a rotating schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
