Summary
This role provides high quality P&C leadership, coaching and support to leaders and team members in the Finance and Technology divisions, partnering with business leaders and CoEs to shape and deliver divisional People plans as well as co-own CoE programs. The Senior BP brings expertise across organisational effectiveness, change management and workforce planning, acting as a trusted advisor on full remit People matters.

About the Role
As a Senior People Business Partner at Sportsbet, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our People agenda across the business. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll drive the development and implementation of divisional People plans, using commercial insights, workforce data and organisational context to inform decision-making.
You’ll be a trusted advisor, coaching leaders and building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. From supporting complex change and transformation programs to co-leading the design and implementation of CoE-led initiatives, you’ll ensure business strategies are aligned with people outcomes that drive performance, adaptability, and cultural alignment.
This role is pivotal in embedding our People frameworks into divisional ways of working, leading workforce planning, influencing organisational design, supporting ER matters, and uplifting leadership capability to manage end-to-end People activities with confidence.
You’ll also lead and develop a direct report (HRBP), contribute to the broader P&C team culture, and role model a collaborative, insight-led and commercially focused approach.
