About the Role

Join us in Melbourne and help shape the future of sports and racing betting at Sportsbet. With a specific focus on our betting platforms, you’ll define and implement the strategy that will drive our next phase of growth and innovation.

You’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences across our web and native apps, while expanding our product portfolio. Working closely with our tech teams, you’ll lead the platform strategy, identify new product opportunities, and optimise existing ones.

You’ll develop and execute product roadmaps, manage product lifecycles, and lead go-to-market strategies that deliver maximum value for both our customers and the business. Collaborating with teams across Design, Marketing, Risk & Trading, and Operations, you’ll drive growth, conduct market analysis, and develop your team’s capabilities.

About You

• You have 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, including time spent in senior or lead positions.
• You have a customer-first mindset and are always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
• You challenge the status quo and embrace new ideas to drive innovation.
• You value collaboration and support others when things don’t go as planned.
• You go above and beyond, constantly pushing to overdeliver on excitement and results.
• You’re passionate about learning and adapting to improve continuously.
• You work hard, stay grounded, and have fun while doing it.
• You take initiative, bring energy and creativity, and follow through on projects.
• You operate with urgency and drive progress at every step.
• You have a strong ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
