About Us

At Sportsbet, we’re united behind our purpose to “Bring Excitement to Life” for our 2 million customers (and growing!). We do this by over-delivering through our commitment to fun, challenging the status quo and living our values. As part of the Flutter Group, we’re a global player, but in Melbourne, Sydney and Darwin we’re a tight knit group of 1,300 teammates (of which over half are in our Tech and Data Science teams!).

We are a significant contributor to the Australian economy through racing and sporting codes and we are committed to having a positive impact in society by supporting our customers, our communities and our employees. Our commitment to responsible gambling is genuine and demonstrated through the wide range of responsible gambling initiatives and tools.

In 2023, we were a recipient of LinkedIn’s Top 25 Companies for our focus on career development and awarded the Top 10 Workplaces for Women through Work180. Our commitment to making Sportsbet the best place to work is never-ending.

About the Role

As the Workplace Experience Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience across Sportsbet’s four office locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin, and the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for designing and implementing our Workplace Experience Strategy, driving innovation in our spaces, and ensuring we continue to meet our compliance obligations related to HSE, Sustainability, and Security.

You’ll lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, enhance employee experiences, and modernise office layouts, integrating hybrid work models and collaboration spaces. Additionally, you’ll manage space planning and utilisation, using data to plan for future growth and maximise office efficiency.

In this role, you’ll oversee physical security, ensuring a safe environment for our people, while also leading sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders, including People & Culture and Procurement, as well as external vendors, to ensure we meet compliance and operational standards.

As the leader of the Workplace Experience team, you’ll foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring that Sportsbet's offices are dynamic, compliant, and employee-centric spaces that support our evolving needs and truly reflect our culture.
