About You

• A customer-first attitude and constantly strive to improve the customer experience

• Strong analytical skills, able to diagnose issues, identify patterns and solve problems creatively
• Adaptable, comfortable with change and ability to pivot strategies based on algorithm changes or business needs
• Curious and continuous learner, passion for keeping up to date with algo changes, SEO trends and testing their applicability
• Creative, with the ability to think outside of the box
• Eagerness to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
• Deep understanding of roles of technical SEO and content strategies in delivering successful SEO outcomes
• Great project management abilities to manage multiple SEO initiatives, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
• Passionate about details, able to demonstrate precision in audits, implementation and reporting and avoid errors
• Knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, ASO, SEM, Affiliates, Display, Video, and how SEO coexists to receive benefit of benefit from channels in the marketing mix
