About The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded leader to join our Risk, Value & Trading team as a Senior Risk & Trade Commercial Manager. In this role, you'll shape and execute customer-led pricing strategies that deliver outstanding value for customers while supporting sustainable commercial outcomes. You'll play a key role in owning the end-to-end commercial direction of Same Game Multi (SGM), partnering with Trading, Risk, Product, Data Science, Technology, and Global teams to influence strategy, prioritise high-impact initiatives, and drive long-term growth.
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine commercial thinking, analytical expertise, and stakeholder influence to optimise pricing performance, uncover insights, and help deliver category-leading betting experiences. You'll thrive if you enjoy solving complex problems, challenging the status quo, and turning data into action.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design and execute customer-led pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, customer value, and margin sustainability.
- Lead the commercial direction of Same Game Multi, prioritising initiatives that drive customer and business outcomes.
- Develop pricing experiments, competitor analysis, and performance insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Trading, Risk, Product, Data Science, Technology, and Global teams to deliver innovative betting products and pricing capabilities.
- Provide commercial reporting, margin analysis, and actionable recommendations that support business performance and growth.
About You
While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success.
- Experience in senior trading, pricing, risk management, or commercial strategy roles.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer value, market competitiveness, and profitability.
- Experience using data, reporting, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, GenAI, or other automation technologies to drive better outcomes.
