About The Role
This is the engine room of our Social Content team. As Social Content Traffic Coordinator, you’ll keep everything moving from briefs, people, priorities to production and work across a fast, always-on sporting calendar. You’ll sit at the heart of the action, connecting stakeholders to creatives and making sure the right work lands at the right time, every time.
From big campaign moments to split-second reactive content, you’ll balance planning with pace, bringing clarity to chaos and ensuring we never miss an opportunity to show up when it matters most. You’ll also take the lead across peak weekend periods, guiding the team through live sporting moments with confidence, precision and speed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own the day-to-day workflow of the Social Content team, ensuring work is prioritised, resourced and delivered seamlessly
- Triage incoming briefs and allocate work based on urgency, capacity and skillsets
- Build and manage production schedules aligned to key sporting events, campaigns and business priorities
- Balance planned content with reactive moments, adapting quickly as live events unfold
- Monitor team capacity, identifying risks, bottlenecks and resourcing gaps before they impact delivery
- Ensure every brief is clear, complete and production-ready before entering the workflow
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery from concept through to final output
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, proactive communication on timelines, shifts and expectations
- Partner closely with Creative, Production and Marketing teams to drive smooth execution
- Lead live social operations across weekends, including real-time resourcing decisions and rapid content turnaround
- Facilitate key team rhythms including stand-ups, readiness sessions, game-day check-ins and planning meetings
- Continuously improve workflows and identify smarter, more efficient ways of working
Hours of Work
Whilst this is a permanent, full time role, there will be a requirement for weekend work during peak sporting season (eg. Thursday – Monday between March and October). This is designed to provide operational leadership across the busiest live sporting window while maintaining a standard five-day working week. From November to February, the standard Monday-Friday will see you supporting campaign planning, content production and operational delivery during the off-season.
About You
While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. You will be someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments where priorities shift quickly, and no two days look the same. Besides a great attitude, ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in Traffic Management, Production Management or Content Operations
- A background in agency, publisher, broadcast or high-volume digital content environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities across cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of content production processes and lifecycle management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align, negotiate and influence
- High attention to detail with exceptional organisational capabilities
- Confidence operating in fast-moving, reactive environments with tight deadlines
- Experience across sport, entertainment, news or live event content (highly regarded)
