About The Role
Love sport and thrive on detail? This 12-month fixed-term contract is your opportunity to turn that passion into impact.
As a Sports Trading Operator, you’ll immerse yourself in live data, intelligent models, and collaborative teamwork to help deliver one of the world’s leading sports trading products. You’ll play a meaningful role in shaping experiences for millions of customers, all while building valuable technical and analytical skills.
No trading experience? That’s absolutely okay. We believe in potential. You’ll receive hands-on training, thoughtful mentoring, and ongoing support to help you grow with confidence.
This role includes weekend work as part of a flexible 5-day roster aligned with the global sporting calendar.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor and manage live sporting events in real time
- Collaborate with global teams to evolve and elevate our Sports product
- Analyse data thoughtfully to support timely, well-informed decisions
- Partner closely with the risk team to manage exposures responsibly
- Share ideas, contribute insights, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement
