About the Role

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 8 Relationship Managers, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
  • Support the Head of Relationship Management with innovative approaches to relationship building, customer experience and service, that disrupts the traditional category approach.
  • Maintaining effective processes, systems and structures to drive operational effectiveness.
  • Lead team on continuous improvement of process across all aspects of relationship management.
  • Act as a point of escalation and contact for escalated customer issues and feedback.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in customer management and event support.
  • Collaborate and work effectively with teams such as Value, Customer Engagement, Risk & Trading, Customer Operations, and Sustainability & Product to drive brilliant customer experiences.

About You

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, successfully leading and developing a team of Account Managers.
  • Proven background in sales / account management / customer service.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to gain insight into external and internal customer needs and motivations to identify opportunities that benefit the customer.
  • Self-driven to proactively drive high standards and results.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management background with proven experience working in cross functional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team targets and KPIs.
