About The Role

Reporting into the Audience & Tracking Manager, as an Analytics Specialist you will be working alongside a Marketing Technology (MarTech) product and delivery team as an internal SME for Marketing platform. This role will focus on leveraging digital analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimize digital assets, and improve customer experiences. The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital analytics and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data utilization across the organization.

We are looking for someone who is excited by the growing MarTech domain, who wants their days filled with innovation, strategy work and plenty of engagement with a fun team. Someone who is interested by technology, tracking and data but not a developer.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies’ by leveraging first-party data to create customer cohorts.
  • Develop and integrate a unified digital customer profile, making analytics and insights actionable for strategic decision-making.
  • Review platform pain points from the teams and help to enable solutions. 
  • Research and formulate direction for upcoming changes in industry and regulation.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure audience and analytics implementation aligns with business needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust digital data layer that is coherent, transparent, and accessible for cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by developing advanced analytics strategies, building data pipelines, and ensuring effective data utilization across teams.
  • Conduct E2E testing of audience cohorts and analytics implementation, ensuring data accuracy, debugging discrepancies and collaborating with tech teams to resolve issues.

 

About You

    • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing operations or equivalent role where you have worked with and improved marketing technology tools
    • Deep knowledge of CDP, Marketing automation and Adtech tools
    • Expertise in tracking and attribution
    • Experience with analytics tool like Google Analytics (or similar) and running SQL
