About the Role

Join Sportsbet’s Customer Value team and help shape one of the organisation’s most important growth levers, our industry-leading Customer Generosity Program. As a Commercial Analyst, Value, you’ll play a key role in developing, implementing and evaluating initiatives that deliver the right value to the right customer at the right time. Working closely with teams across Product, Data Science, Customer Engagement and Technology, you’ll use data-driven insights to influence investment decisions, improve customer outcomes and support strategic business growth. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and turning data into meaningful action.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to support customer generosity investment decisions, strategy development and campaign performance reviews.
  • Design, implement and evaluate experiments, including test set-up, measurement frameworks and post-campaign reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer segmentation, optimise reinvestment strategies and enhance generosity distribution.
  • Create dashboards and communicate complex findings through clear, engaging data stories that influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support campaign execution, governance activities and operational requirements.

About You

You’re a curious, proactive and highly analytical professional who enjoys uncovering insights that drive better decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders and communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence. Comfortable working with ambiguity, you bring a problem-solving mindset, take ownership of your work and enjoy balancing multiple priorities. Most importantly, you’re passionate about learning, continuously improving and using data to create meaningful customer and business outcomes.
 
What You Will Bring 
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a commercial analyst or similar analytical role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights through compelling reporting and data storytelling.
  • Experience working with data models, forecasting and analysing customer or commercial performance.
  • A degree in business, mathematics, finance, computer science or a related discipline.
