About The Role

Reporting into the Workplace Experience Lead, the Workplace Concierge is the friendly and welcoming face for our team and visitors to our Melbourne Head Office. You will act as a resource and connection point for our team and provide on-the-ground support for our office, including reception, managing our event space, access management, and stock management.

The successful candidate will also play a role in ensuring a safe work environment by maintaining our fire/floor warden register and organising training for our First Aid officers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Create a positive and welcoming arrival experience for team members and guests (includes owning and managing the reception area).
• Managing access to the office for our people and our guests.
• Focus on fantastic hospitality, creating high touch opportunities for people to connect in new and exciting ways that speaks to Sportsbet’s culture.
• Manage third party suppliers as required and provide support for large room bookings.
• Ensure that our office and main event space is presentable and engaging for our people at all times.

Please note, this role is a part time position (4 days per week) with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being in office.
