About the Role

As a Senior Operations Executive, you play a pivotal role in enriching the UK&I Brand customer experience across Paddy Power & Betfair Sportsbook, spanning various touch points.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues and queries promptly, ensuring accurate and efficient solutions that cater to all stakeholders.

Our mission is to exceed customer expectations in sports betting. We seek Operations Executives who are deeply customer-centric, capable of empathizing with diverse perspectives to ensure a seamless user journey from start to finish.

The salary range for this role is $75000 - $90000 excluding superannuation

About You

  • You have a customer first attitude and constantly strive to improve customers’ experience.

  • You work hard, you don’t take yourself too seriously and you have fun along the way!
  • High computer literacy
  • Ability to understand operational processes.
  • Strong organizational and forward-planning skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proven record of delivering excellent results and processes improvements in previous role/s
  • Good communication, both written and spoken
  • Experience in delivering customer service or similar.
