📍 Melbourne CBD-based
We’re looking for more than just fans—we’re looking for sharp thinkers who love basketball, numbers, and working as a team.
Whether you’ve followed the WNBA from the start, got hooked during March Madness, or are simply excited by where women’s basketball is heading, if you’re analytically minded, detail-focused, and curious about how betting markets work, we’d love to hear from you.
At FanDuel, we’re proud to support women’s sport and grow the next generation of sports traders. You’ll join a collaborative, passionate team focused on innovation, integrity, and the future of basketball betting.

Rotate across other sports (like MLB & NBA)
Collaborate across international teams to ensure pricing integrity and customer satisfaction.
Help shape how betting works for fans—from the customer experience to new bet ideas
🤝 You Belong Here – About You
You don’t need to have watched Basketball since you were five. We care more about your curiosity, mindset, and problem-solving skills than your resume.
We’re especially excited to hear from people who:
Are numerically sharp (think: quick mental maths, probability, or Excel skills).
Have high attention to detail—especially under pressure.
Communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and enjoy collaborating in a team.
Are open to working weekends as part of a flexible 5-day schedule.
May have a background in sports, maths, game theory, esports, STEM, or simply a love of learning.
We strongly encourage women and underrepresented groups in sports and tech to apply. You don’t need to check every box — just bring your passion and your willingness to learn.
📚 We’re Ready to Train You
Never set a betting line before? No problem. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship from experienced women and men in the industry on:
