About the role
Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing Strategy, you’ll be responsible for shaping and driving our CRM planning and engagement strategy. You’ll develop customer-first CRM plans, ensuring the right messages land at the right time, in the right way, to maximise impact.
Key responsibilities include:
