About The Role

Reporting into the Digital Design Manager, you’ll be a visual designer, conceptual thinker, a brand guardian and a finished artist. Your ability to be creative will be out of this world.! You will extend Brand fame by generating original ideas and design concepts across a variety of different marketing propositions and media types. Here at Sportsbet we are aiming for you to be an award winning creative!  You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and create, design and execute some pretty amazing campaigns (Spring Racing and AFL season – just to name a few!)

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the CRM team and develop their ideas into creative and engaging creatives to then be built into EDMs.
• Inspire creativity throughout all design and development work and encourage proactivity in the team.
• Ensure all design work is completed to the highest standard and aligns with the Sportsbet strategy.
• Strong awareness of digital trends & improvements in both techniques & technology that are relevant to the business
• Liaising with other departments to deliver high quality design assets/solutions.
• Help with the development of a campaign from concept stage through to delivery
• You will have strong stakeholder management abilities, manage expectations, proactively offer status updates on projects and maintain good relationships within the wider team.

About You

While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude, it would be ideal that you have:

• Generative Ai experience is a must
• Experience in a fast pace design environment using multiple design disciplines
• HTML EDM designs and updates to existing HTML templates
• Expert skills in some of the adobe cc suite eg: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD, Dreamweaver, Animate.
• 3D modelling and rendering skills a plus but not a must have.
