Digital Media Specialist - 12 month FTC

About The Role

Reporting into the Digital Media Manager, this role supports the implementation of our Digital Media strategy buying and technology platforms across channels and partnerships including AFL.com, NRL.com, Racing.com, NBA.com, NFL League Pass, NBL.com, Spotify, Google etc. You will implement the Digital Media strategy - delivering to Sportsbet and Media Team objectives – and lead media agency briefings in a timely and best practice manner.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evolve how we buy and plan our digital media channels to deliver rich customer experiences across the sport and racing calendar
  • Lead ownership of our ad-tech stack and analytical tools, including project-based work that aims to drive operational efficiencies across the team
  • Support the team on campaign planning, optimisation and post campaign reporting
  • Work with the team and our media agency with the aim of maximising effective brand awareness (core metrics include reach, attention and SOV) to drive TOMA and new customer acquisition/reactivations and existing customer retention.
  • Support budget management and pacing as well as commercial negotiations and partnership strategy
  • Manage and track the campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are reconciled with invoices.

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About You

You will be a brilliant team player and mentor for those around them.  Along with this, someone who has:

  • Ideally 4 years’ experience working in the Digital Media and Technology landscape
  • A strong background in campaign setup and managing the QA process
  • Ability to complete campaign analysis, gaining insights and to better understand existing performance and identify new opportunities and trends
  • Knowledge of online audience data and how it can be used to advertise
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
