About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Technology within the Generosity Value Stream, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery execution of model experiments and Gen Platform outcomes aligned to Model Driven Generosity (MDG). The MDG initiatives focus on enhancing customer experiences through personalised offers and innovative strategies.
You’ll lead a cross‑functional delivery team, enable strong agile ways of working, and partner closely with product, data, and technology stakeholders to deliver value at pace while balancing platform health and long‑term sustainability.
This role is a 12-month Fixed-term opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and own delivery outcomes for a cross‑functional team, ensuring alignment to MDG objectives and project goals.
- Enable and evolve agile ways of working, facilitating ceremonies and empowering teams to self‑manage.
- Manage backlogs, delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and release coordination.
- Provide clear delivery insights and progress updates to stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Data.
- Remove impediments and support teams to make effective delivery commitments.
- Partner with other Engineering Managers and leaders to drive cross‑team collaboration and continuous improvement.

You’re comfortable working with ambiguity, confident leading cross‑functional teams, and passionate about agile, value‑driven delivery. You build strong relationships and bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability to everything you do.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience leading delivery or engineering teams in agile, high‑volume environments.
- Strong delivery leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder expectations, driving people to the right outcomes.
- An agile mindset, with hands‑on experience facilitating ceremonies and championing agile practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and delivery concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of engineering excellence principles and balancing delivery with platform sustainability.
