About The Role
As a Risk Executive, you will monitor and analyse betting activity across a wide range of sporting events, using sound judgement to balance effective risk mitigation with a positive customer experience.
You will add value through customer analysis, identifying patterns in behaviour, and building strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, curiosity, and clear, empathetic communication, along with a passion for sport and the ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor betting activity to support customer segmentation, identify potential issues, and manage risk exposure.
- Develop customer insights by assessing value through both real-time and retrospective analysis.
- Identify and respond to potential errors in real time, supporting timely resolution and risk mitigation.
- Support liability management by responding to alerts with sound judgement and clear communication.
- Monitor and report on daily performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Review and assess bet requests that exceed standard limits, contributing to timely and informed decision-making.
- Take ownership of specific sports or areas, including periodic reporting and identifying actionable insights.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key partners across global teams.
- Contribute to the investigation of issues and the continuous improvement of processes, supporting a reduction in errors and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

Technical Competencies:

- Industry experience preferred but not required
