About The Role 

As an Operations Executive, you’ll sit at the heart of the action across Paddy Power, Sky Betting & Gaming, and Betfair Sportsbook & Exchange platforms, protecting our customers, shaping their experience, and influencing real-time decisions that drive performance.

  • Monitor betting activity in real time, manage markets, resolve errors and identify risk with sound judgment and calm decision-making.
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and act quickly to ensure seamless journeys across every touchpoint.
  • Spot patterns, challenge inefficiencies and share insights that strengthen risk controls and streamline processes.
  • Partner closely with Trading teams and senior stakeholders to solve problems quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Make commercial decisions that protect the business while always keeping the customer front of mind.

  • You combine sharp attention to detail with strong intuition and sound judgment under pressure.
  • You’re naturally curious, always asking “why?” and looking for better, smarter ways to work.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, building trust across teams.
  • You stay composed in fast-moving environments and can juggle multiple priorities with grace.
  • You bring warmth, positivity and a team-first mindset, working hard while keeping things human and energising.
