About the Role 

This temporary secondment opportunity is designed to support the coordination and delivery of key initiatives across the Culture, Engagement, Leadership, and Capability portfolios. The People Programs Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing development funding requests, coordinating programs end-to-end, and supporting system and stakeholder engagement activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Development Funding Coordination 

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation 

  • Maintain oversight and reporting on the development funding budget  

  • Ensure all requests are accurately tracked and remain within allocated limits 

Program Coordination 

  • Support the end-to-end coordination of initiatives across the portfolio. 

  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Monitor progress and provide updates to relevant teams 

Stakeholder Engagement & Support 

  • Manage ad hoc inquiries through team mailbox, action incoming requests in a timely manner and communicate specific actions to program owners  

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Culture & Engagement team 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of all program iniatives  

Learning Management System Support  

  • Support the ongoing management and maintenance of Sportsbet’s Learning Management System  

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting. 

  • Ensure system accuracy and user support as needed 

 

About You  

  • Strong coordination, planning and organisational skills 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement  

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is preferred  

  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
