About the Role 

As a key member of our People & Reward team, you’ll lead the design and delivery of performance and reward strategies that drive employee engagement and aligns with Sportsbet’s business objectives. You’ll bring deep expertise in performance, remuneration, benefits, and global mobility, and use data-driven insights to shape impactful outcomes. With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency, you’ll leverage tools like AI, Copilot, and data visualisation platforms to enhance decision-making and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance and reward strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage equity based incentive programs and our employee share purchase plans.
• Conduct remuneration benchmarking across executive and employee populations.
• Design and manage job architecture frameworks to support effective reward outcomes.
• Oversee benefits and global mobility programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.
• Utilise data visualisation tools to present complex data in clear, actionable formats.
• Leverage AI and Copilot technologies to improve process efficiency and insight generation.

About You 

• Innovative mindset – Challenges the status quo and finds smarter, more efficient ways to deliver reporting and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills – Quickly identifies root causes of data issues and develops practical solutions or workarounds.
• Exceptional communicator – Engages confidently with stakeholders at all levels, adapting style to suit varying levels of data literacy.
• Subject matter expertise – Deep knowledge across all areas of People & Reward, with a proven track record in reward program design and delivery.
• Advanced technical capability – Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and HRIS platforms (ideally Workday), with experience in AI and Copilot tools.
• Systems thinker – Skilled in automation, data visualisation, and process improvement.
• Analytical and detail-oriented – Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
• Strategic and adaptable – Thrives in fast-paced environments, able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
